How to Register
To register to attend the SOT 56th Annual Meeting and ToxExpo, please follow the instructions below. [Note: Undergraduate and high school students should follow the instructions for registering by email, mail, or fax.] Exhibitors should register using the Exhibitor Service Center or Exhibitor Registration Form 
. Members of the media should contact Michelle Werts, SOT communications manager, to request press credentials.

The SOT Online Registration System is designed for those who will be paying their registration fee by credit card.

Register by Email, Mail, or Fax
While the SOT Online Registration System is preferred, you also can register through email, mail, or fax. No phone registrations will be accepted. Forms will be date-stamped upon receipt. This is your date of registration.

Registration forms will be returned if not accompanied by one of the following methods of payment:
- Company or personal check (US currency only). Please list all registrants on check memo or check stub.
- Government purchase order. Check must be drawn from the US Department of Treasury.
- Money order
- Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diner’s Club, or American Express
